LSU fans in the early 2000s were especially hostile.....not like today...they have gone soft recently.
I did one semester at Auburn...long story, but LSU fans were no joke when Auburn hosted them and had that kind of rep among the Auburn student population.
Most aggressive and brazen fanbase i had ever seen. Got into a fist fight with one on Aubie's campus because he was overly aggressive and took it to a physical level out of nowhere.
UF fans were pretty bad back then as well. Had one throw a beer bottle at my head while sitting down on the UF campus one day when I wore my Tennessee orange.

Looks like the LSU fan may have instigated it and it escalated. Lucky for him he didn’t get over the barrier otherwise he’d probably be in a hospital bed today

I saw another video of the event and they appeared to be at the Deke tent.

Right. And that’s because you’re not an idiot. Being on the receiving end of shite talking is part of going to an away game….especially a division rival.
And walking directly through the heart of the opponents tailgating area isn’t exactly where someone should be walking through if you’re as charmin soft as the guy in the video or the Kentucky fan that wants to fight everyone under the age of 22.

What about the 3 LSU guys at beginning of the video just chilling with some OM fans? Was it not a guantlet for them?
