I believe you have other motives other than Ole Miss getting ranked SC fan.

This is a good point, to where I expect that every other fanbase save LSU and State will be rooting for us in a few weeks.

Name one quality opponent on Louisville's schedule.

Name more than one quality opponents on OM's schedule.

And losses to all Top 10 teams. Let me guess, you'll say the same thing about us next week vs Troy, no matter what the results of that or any other game is.

Well we scored 67 on them so you can figure that out. Texas was abysmal and just fired their DC before y'all played them. They aren't the same team right now.

Ole Miss could beat several of the top 25 teams, no doubt about it.

They have already beaten two of them. I can't believe they aren't ranked..

Not too worried about this. If we win out, we'll be in good shape.

They haven't really beaten any good teams. Oklahoma is very overrated this season. The only decent team in the Big 12 may be Baylor.

Actually, Texas was unranked when you beat them. They had just received the "penetration in Provo".

False, they were ranked somewhere near where they are now.

well, who doesn't get this?

When normal people think of football, you don't think of Ole Miss and 'good football' in the same sentence.

just a fact.

It's picking at nits ... but the following comes from a news article from that week 9/12:
quote:

With the unranked Longhorns sitting at a wobbly 1-1 and gearing up for a weekend clash with an offensively potent SEC opponent in No. 25 Ole Miss—plus the possibility of David Ash missing the game due to injury—Texas is in dire need of a victory to boost morale and confidence before Big 12 play begins.
