Yes that we gave to the NCAA. 90% of what was in the first NOA was found by the University
Keep fighting the good fight, just don't be surprised when they don't let OM off lightly. It's not going to be some grave injustice. And y'all aren't going to get anywhere by 'suing the NCAA' or 'taking other programs down with you'.
In short, OM is screwed and is going to have to stand up and face the music. Pretending otherwise is a fool's errand.

OM folks have got to be ready to stand up and face the music if for no other reason than to get this fiasco over with once and for all.
Hell, there's still another NOA coming down the pike for the Tunsil crap, right?

Supposedly in the next month. The rumor is they never found anything. It is more of the same. Hotel rooms, rides for prospects, use of hunting land. In 5 years, still no more than one booster giving a player more than $800. Yea I know the new NOA could have anything in it.

Let's remember the NCAA completely botched that investigation and couldn't use most of what they found on Miami
What actually happened there? I remember they had their smoking gun giving detailed testimomy on how much money he was giving out, how much drugs he was handing out, how many hookers he was buying for them.... and then it just went radio silent.

They used Nevin Shapiro's lawyer to subpoena evidence (apropos of nothing) for a bankruptcy case that they then tried to use as evidence in the NCAA case. They also submitted questions about Miami to be asked in a deposition, again having nothing to do with the legal case at hand.
They used the court's subpoena power to obtain evidence because they don't have said power. Grossly unethical.

No. the academic fraud is factored in and the NCAA has a matrix they go by on penalties based on levels of violations and the punishment based on precedent. The issue in the first NOA is that there were 3 or 4 level 1 violations that OM thinks are level 2 or 3.
Keep believing that.......

What's not to believe? That is a fact...
The investigators and the COI are 2 speperate groups of people. The investigators can ask for whatever they want but they aren't the ones who make the final decision.

If they never found anything, why were coaches fired? Keep spewing the party line with the rest of the HughFreeze KoolAid drinkers. The tentacles of this tumor are now starting to reach other schools. This will not end well for OleMiss

You're right, but the ines that do make the final decision can also not like the color of your new uniforms and give you the death penalty for it. That would never happen, but it could. Ole Miss (and all schools involved in NCAA sports) agreed to play by THEIR rules and to allow THEM to have complete control over punishments for breaking THEIR rules.
Like I said, they own the playground, they are just allowing you to play in it.

The issue with the 1st NOA primarily lies with the obstruction by coaches and administrators instructing players how to respond if invited to the inquiry. It was so egregious, it gave reason to reopen the 1st inquiry. It's also why the former staff under Freeze has bolted or been fired.
But OleMiss has nothing to worry about.

Either you are full of shite or the NCAA is breaking its own rule by leaking information. It won't have been the first time. Again OM gets to make its case and has been quiet since all this started. Every toe over the line the investigators have made will be thrown back in their face.

Yes, and then lied about it. That's why Ath Administrators and staffers were terminated.

There are a ton of other people involved. Might want to look at current/former staffers w/in OleMiss' administration before you accuse the NCAA. Rats off a sinking ship.
Remembet this, anyone looking elsewhere for employment after working in Oxford is going to be put thru the wringer because Hugh's staff is so toxic. Lotta loose lips heading everywhere trying to save face.
It may not be as bad as some of the MSU folks have boasted, but based on how widespread the Academic Scandal was throughout the Ath. Dept, I fully expect it to be worse than what USC got.
Plausible deniability went out the window in 2013.

Just keep hope that the NCAA believes being Old Miss is punishment enough.

Damn bro. I feel sorry for you. I remember when the ncaa had nothing on Bama. I remember them using secret witnesses and offering immunity for information. I remember our self imposed or offer of around 15 scholarships. Like you are soon to find out I remember the small classes filled with 2 star players because the blue chip kids didn't want to play on team that was on probation and couldn't go to a bowl. Brace yourself rebel. This recruiting class you just signed is better than the ones that are coming. They gonna frick you up. Sorry but it is what it is.

Are you an alumni of Alabama or a side Walker, either way you seem like a dumbfrick,?Alabama education system succeeds again.
Sorry, but it is what it is.
