That's about as honest as saying that Freeze played Nkemdiche at tailback. PWillie played in every game as a true freshman, and was honorable mention All-SEC as a true soph. At linebacker, not TE. The idea that Cut didn't play Willis as early or often as he should is a myth, perpetuated by people who have no clue.

This.

Cut was a class act, a good coach, and a decent recruiter. People who compare his recruiting results to later coaches forget that during all but Cut's last year, we had no IPF, had the shittiest overall facilities in the SEC, and Cut also had to suffer through the micromanagement by the idiot Pete Boone.
