You must not have much experience in normal courts. If you did, you would know that opening statements - the rough equal of the NOI and OM responses - don't determine cases.

From that spreadsheet, I just read no. 17. The one where ole miss admitted to inducements and lying about it. So they admit to lying but we're to believe SA39 is dishonest.

So no one in your athletic dept has half a brain? You do know they did increase the self imposed penalties when they made the hostage video outlining accusations in the amended NOA?
Oh yea.. and they have agreed to some of the accusations in the amended NOA.

No one gives a shite about the response from Ole Miss. they are the ones most likely to be lying in this case as they are the only ones who have anything to lose and gain from this. Add that to the fact that everything coming out of that shithole has been a lie so far and you really are not making a good case for believability.

Yep, they all straight up lied and then filed a lawsuit. You only do that if you are telling the truth, have nothing to loose or a combination of both....the later I believe is the case in this situation.
