Most all schools do some sort of extra benefits for these kids. Keep living in your dream world if you think your school is squeaky clean.

Non-Christians are the biggest bigots.

It's easy to do this.

Who was it that was trying to make an argument that atheists are smarter than Christians?

One of these is not like the other.

Assuming that atheists are blind, uncaring, amoral, etc. is one of the most ignorant beliefs I've ever seen expressed here.

This is not the board to have that argument on, though, so I'll end it there.

I love how the word "study" automatically means no bias and absolutely accurate. Things aren't as clean and simple as such studies try to make them.

I do not know what is worse. Encouraging your daughter to date a player, while calling that players non-athlete relatives every slur in the books. There are all type of hypocrites.

The argument has already begun.

I don't assume that they aren't. I just know that they can't be philosophically consistent with their beliefs in a blind, uncaring and amoral universe while exercising morals, and compassion. Big difference.

I don't know about that. I prefer to believe what people like Stephen Hawking, Niel DeGrass Tyson, Michio Kaku, and others on their level say more than I do over people who believe the earth to be about 5000 years old or that all things on earth just suddenly appeared from nowhere.

Professing to be wise, they became fools, and exchanged the glory of the incorruptible God for an image in the form of corruptible man and of birds and four-footed animals and crawling creatures.

So smart people are automatically immune to bias? You know who I KNOW is biased in what they believe and what they say? Any human being who says they aren't. They are the MOST prone to fall prey to it, because every human being is biased in some way and thinks based on preconceived notions and conditioning. It's the same with hypocrisy. Show me an idiot ranting about how hypocritical others are, and I'll show you a first order, completely oblivious hypocrite.

Feel free to generalize, but the majority of Christians don't believe in a young Earth.
