Our O-Line will give you 7-10 points off sacks that result in fumbles, ints, etc. I don't think we put up a lot of points unless we can generate turnovers and the offense that played against UGA comes back. I've been really impressed with Ole Miss's defense. This game could get ugly

I'd take the vols in this.

I never thought I'd see OM as nearly a 3 TD favorite over Tennessee in my lifetime

Like I've said before, if we had an adequate oline (notice I didn't say good), we're 5-1. With an average oline, we're 6-0

Ole Miss defense outscores VOLS offense in this one imo.
Agreed. We should start Peterman to save Worley from being broken in half

Honestly, I should have bet my entire savings on A&M being favored by 2 last week. That was the most bizarre line I've ever seen and seems as if people only counted on the intimidating environment as a factor rather than the fact that Ole Miss is better across the board in basically every statistic.

We should be even better defensively and at the skill positions offensively next year. We must get the OL fixed or it will be another year of wasted defense and offensive talent just like this year.

I don't know what to think of that spread.

I see this being a lot like the memphis game. Their defense forces a couple mistakes and keeps them in the game for a half or so but we eventually pull away and get a sneaky cover

Vols Defensive stats:
Scoring Defense: 19th Nationally - 7th in SEC
Rushing Defense: 67th Nationally - 10th in SEC
Passing Defense: 8th Nationally - 2nd in SEC
Total Defense: 16th Nationally - 4th in SEC
TFL: 8th Nationally with 48 - 1st in SEC
Sacks: 68th Nationally with 12 - 8th in SEC
Interceptions: 12th Nationally with 9 - 5th in SEC
Opp. Third down conversion: 5th Nationally - 1st in SEC
Opp. First downs: 18th Nationally - 4th in SEC
Opp. punt returns: 24th Nationally - 3rd in SEC
Defense has been playing a lot better and one of the biggest improvements from year 1 to 2. As said before, the offensive line is the polar opposite and will ultimately keep us out of this game.
