Ole Miss defense outscores VOLS offense in this one imo.

A defense that's allowed only 6 TD's has scored 4.....

VOLS young defense is playing lights out.

Our o-line eliminates any chance of success though. Has to be the worst in America.

I can see this one ending 20-10 Ole Miss.

We allowed 5 sacks against UTC. We have zero tackles starting. 4 guards and a center. Ole Miss will come close to double digit sacks in all likelihood.

We aren't a sack driven team. Idk how many we had yesterday, if any, but we only had like 9 going into the game.

My main concern. I don't think we lose but I think your defense could give us fits.

Checked. Marquis Haynes had 2 himself. I think he's becoming our best pass rusher.

How big would the melt be if Butch and the Vols get a signature win against Ole Miss?

I will always be confused as to why its always VOLS and not "the" VOLS or why the phrase vols is in all caps

Robert gets back there A LOT but the quarterback either throws it away or he barely misses. When Haynes sacked Hill on A&M's 6 yard line last night, Robert got there first and should have had the sack but couldn't hold on to Hill.

Would just say WAOM and drink. Would be about the extent of it.

We are a lot faster on defense this year. D-line is much improved even with 4 new starters, still a little small at d-tackle (McKenzie and Tuttle should fix that). Linebackers and corners are playing very well. Still lacking elite safeties, although TKJr and Evan Berry could fit the bill when they're ready to become starters.

Some stats

• 16th in the country in total defense
• 19th in scoring
• 5th nationally on 3rd downs
• 13th in passing efficiency defense
• 6th in TFL
• Held 5 of 6 opponents to season low scoring output

As good as our defense has been, our o-line has been 10x worse.
