Good game MSU. I do believe that we did not deserve to win that game but we should have won it if that makes sense.

Crouse pitched good but not great. 5 errors and a ton of players left on base is not a way to win a baseball game. Without Yarborough this game is not even close. I hope we can shore up the defense and Goforth pitches like he did last week. One game given to State on a silver platter is enough. A whole series would be...

State has won 7 in a row including 5 SEC wins in a row. Our guys know the importance of this series, we win one of the next two we have a good shot of winning the SEC west and get the #2 seed in Hoover.

congrats and all.....but we gave you 5 runs off of errors. That isn't an excuse. That is a FACT. We played like complete shite. All MSU did was not suck......and even then....you guys only beat us by 1.
So congrats on not out-sucking us.

That's not the discussion. The discussion is you can't feel good about the rest of the weekend when you had a career outing by your #3 pitcher, was given 4 or 5 runs and only won by 1.

Pollo pitched good but it wasn't near as good as his 5.2 scoreless innings vs USM in Pearl this season. He had two other solid extended relief appearances better than tonight as well.
