Anyone who still sells out every home game while going 0-21 has gotta be #1.

That said, I'd put our away fans up against anyone. Every stadium we go to, including tempe, boulder, stillwater, etc..we bring the house. When we were in Tempe a bartender told us there were more dawg fans there than fans of teams that had just plyaed in the Super Bowl there.

Y'all didn't exactly show up in Gainesville in 94.

As far as football, basketball and baseball I think as a group we support them as well as anyone in the SEC. But that's not really loyalty.

There were some football games last year with pretty pathetic attendance

I think you need to go back and read what I wrote again. I never said that I thought they weren't a top 20 program. I said I don't know if I'd use the word consensus to describe the claim that they're a top 20 team. Now I would be more inclined to use the word consensus to describe them as a top 25 program. I used Bleacher Report because I was searching on my phone and it was the very first site to pop up when you type "top 20 college football programs of all time". While BR sucks when it comes to any real team related news because practically anyone can create an article on it, it did serve the purpose to show that not everyone (which includes fans) considers them a top 20 program.

If you want some other sites that have them outside of the top 20, here are a couple more:

I'd have to vote USCe

Until recently, no consistent success yet their fans are always there: ACC/independent/SEC

I do not consider Alabama or LSU a top 20 program. Now neither of those programs are consensus top 20 programs all time because I am a CFB fan and apparently my biased opinion means something.

Do you see how ludicrous that sounds?

The first link you provided has us at 22 . Think youre being a little nitpicky.

"A&M is a top 20 program"

"Nuh uh! I found one that ranked you 22"

But mainly I just thought it was hilarious that you would link a BR article and present it as evidence, especially when it comes to something subjective like this.

My entire time in school was during Shula, and I believe we sold out every home game.
