Save the challenge for later... But the homecooking def is more at BAMA than Auburn

Kurt when? There was like a minute left in the half

1. It was not a catch, every time they freeze framed it the ball was near his fricking facemask, not even in possession.

2. You're saying the refs are biased beacuse they called such a close play like that incomplete when that would've been called incomplete 90% of the time? GTFO.

In most places, except bammer, you don't have to ask for a review. But in BDS even if it is reviewed, you don't get it overturned.

Every play is reviewed. Why don't people seem to understand that. Auburn took its time on the play and gave the official up in the booth time to look at it, and he deemed it wasn't a catch.

I am assuming that if they review it and said it wasn't a catch, it results in the same uproar. You cannot definitively say by the replay that he had both possession and the foot down in time. Simple.

LSUMafia are you still doubting the call on Fairley was horrible.

They just should him again, face on screen, not saying a damn thing.

No it's not. There would be no reason to have challenge flags if this were true. It would be redundant.

Every play can be reviewed, though.

can't worry about officials.

We gotta defend the thing known as a forward pass.

That is the 4th very bad call all favoring bama.

This is rising to and may surpass refgate 2006.

What you are witnessing is the pecking order. When Alabama teams play out of state SEC teams the Alabama teams get the calls. When Alabama plays Auburn, Alabama gets the calls. It's been that way for years.

it was close enough to be reviewed, but the replays showed that he had one hand on it only while his foot was down IB. he didn't actually bring it in (aka possession) before both feet had landed OOB.

what you're claiming is ridiculous. coulda/maybe shoulda been reviewed, but in the end the correct call. i am rooting for AU btw

Not only did 2006 call, but 2004 called and said you are full of shite. Rekicking the extra point because of a penalty that has never been called again in any game.

I'm going for bama obviously but this is getting ridiculous.
-unsportsmanlike on fairley
-no review of the auburn catch late in 1st half
-now the 4th down spot given to bama half yard farther than McElroy made it
-and again another terrible 4th down spot

This SEC is so fricking corrupt.

That play doesn't get reviewed. That was BS. That was a catch.

You can't count on the replay guy getting it right anyway.

I have never been one to blame a team's performance, or lack thereof, on officiating, but I do think the argument could be made that there is a conflict of interest involving the SEC in their being headquartered in Birmingham.

Leave it to a LSU fan to cry about ref bias in a game that LSU doesn't even play in.
