I can't disclose other voters....I only chose to disclose my vote, because I'm nice.

There are some voters who use RPI as their vote and basically put the teams in order and that is their ballot

7-8 through
@UF (1-2 vs top team in East),
Bama (2-1 vs top team in West),
@MSU (1-2 vs top 5-10 preseason team who has started to struggle)
USC (2-1 vs 2nd team in East)
@LSU (1-2 vs 2nd or 3rd team in West after this weekend. 1.5 back from West lead)

no way 14

FTR, no one uses RPI solely as their ranking

Florida should be on top IMO. Alabama has a bad RPI. Their conference record is very good though.

I predict, and fully expect them to end conference play at .500 to end the year.

That would mean they go 5-10 the rest of the year in the SEC. That's certainly possible with the upcoming slate: @UT, @SC, UF, @LSU, and MSU, but it would be surprising to fall off that much with Alabama's pitching.

Alabama's schedule definitely looks to be backloaded but I think they win 7-8 of these 15 games

Lane Kiffin, would you like to remove yourself from the ballot for lying?

Since Van Horn shuffled the line-up Arkansas has averaged 6.3 runs over 7 games, all versus ranked opponents. With our weekend rotation, we may get nasty. Fun year in the SEC!

Hawgeye wasn't lying, but what he said sounded a little misleading to me. He said some voters "basically" use that week's RPI as their ranking. I was just clarifying that no one uses just RPI as their ranking.

We do have a couple voters that base their ranking off of the numbers and not the "eye-test" (which Semo and I have no issue with). Our voters having different approaches towards the same goal is what makes this whole thing interesting

Bama at 10-5 with a sweep of Ole Miss. Florida has come on late and is deserving as is Ole Miss. I have no problem with either of those three at the top although I think Bama deserves it the most.
