I'll take "The Field" as the next HC at USCe.
As for tie breakers:
1) salary - $2.8M + bonuses/incentives
2) don't know who "The Field" might bring. I'll forfeit points here.
3) sum of assistants - 9 assistants making a total of $4.5M
