Coaches shaking hands after a game is really unnecessary. One guy has to act humble and the other attempts to show that he can take an arse whipping in stride.

I watched the video, it doesn't really seem like much, he's pissed but I've seen him way more pissed than that at his own players.
As far as the handshake, these quick handshakes are normal, happens all the time. I'd be concerned if there was no handshake, but there was.
