Even though I don't like the whole trailer scene in Left Field Lounge, it is a lot more fun sitting out there than in the grandstand. I wish State would get rid of the trailers out there and make it more presentable. A venue such as Dudy Noble and a program with so much tradition deserves to have something nicer looking.

Does Ole Miss have any Mississippi natives in their lineup? Or even any pitchers that pitch on the weekends?

We've got 10 players from Mississippi on the roster.
Aaron Greenwood (RHP) and Senquez are the only Mississippi natives that i can think of that have played on weekends this year.

The trailers are what started the great baseball history and tradition. they aren't going anywhere. if the ad got rid of them it might be career suicide. i do wish people would make some attempt to make them look nicer. some of the engineering out there is incredible. so i know they choose to make them look dumpy. some of them actually are nice though.

I don't care where they come from as long as they're good. The whole "investing in Mississippi players" and "having majority Mississippi athletes" is bullshite.

Does it fricking matter how many Mississippi kids play for us? We are more talented than State with or without Mississippi kids

Most fans at state don't give a shite where they are from either.

Oh i agree. But there are a lot of trashy looking ones out there though that makes it an eyesore. As long as they looked nice I wouldn't have as much of a problem with them. Then again, I'm an Ole Miss fan so I really have no place to tell y'all how to run your venues.

I disagree. As a life long Mississippian I personally love seeing Mississippi kids like A Chris Stratton and a Hunter Renfroe doing good for us.

Also Dan Mullen is doing a good job recruiting Mississippi kids as he has produced back to back 1st round picks who are Mississippi kids.

Well that's why y'all will never be better than average. The goal is to get the best team possible. Period.
