Not nerves. I've listened to a couple of his interviews. He rarely makes much sense, IMO.
But I would have thought that someone would sit him down and prepare him for this moment, at least. Biggest individual award he'll ever receive in college and he represented himself horribly.
Pisses me off to see young black men that can't speak appropriately in such a forum. Inexcusable.
