I don't really get why people are so crazy over this. His contract is less than a year and he is a more qualified interim than any that were currently on our staff. He will allow the staff to do their job and will we hire our new head coach in December

Which is why it would be better than hiring a worse candidate to a multi year contract because of bad timing. We will hire a proven head coach in December unless we win 10+ games.
