True I didn't even think of that, still basically half of the targets.

Look I'm not saying he's not good. In fact he's top 10 as a rookie which is excellent and that's coming from a Cowboys fan. I just don't see how you can crown him as the best this year, I have him right outside the top five.

Ehhh I'll give you that. But he's not that much better than Evans.

Tampa Bay has shitty QB play but it also helped to have Vincent Jackson across from you who was a 1k receiver or close to it. Compared to Eli(two time champ) + RR and co. Can't think of the Giants receivers outside of Cruz + Randle

To me it's a toss up, but my biased ness would make me take Evans. Those 200+ yd games were insane. Rookie hasn't done that since Randyyyyy Moss??

Evans is better. Not hard to appear like a stud when you have a 2 time Super Bowl champ throwing to you. Evans has no one

ODB was better this year no doubt, but you can't act like both situations are the same.

Bucs are last in the league with a bottom five QB.

Evans has twice the yds and TDs if roles were reversed and Evans was on the NYG

Bucs 1st lost their OC, named Marcus Arroyo (a College QBs coach) the OC, had 2 different QBs and was schemed against as the #1 option almost all year

Evans is better and it's not particularly close

I really don't understand how anyone would think Jamal Adams is even close to Hootie It really is amazing the lengths the LSU guys will go to take up for their coaches deficiencies like losing elite in-state guys

mike evans has 12 td's without a 2 time superbowl champ throwing it to him so there definitely is a little doubt

give me the 6'5" freak all day tho and we locked up the #1 pick today!

OBJ can't body slam DBS like Evans can. Evans is more valuable in the run game

If Justin Blackmon and Josh Gordon weren't pot heads they would put Odell to shame. OBJ is a fantastic rookie. He isn't a top 10 WR.

If...if...if...so stupid. Nobody is putting Beckham to shame this year. That's laughable.

quote:

Andre Johnson
Larry Fitzgerald
Wes Welker
Brandon Marshall
Alshon Jeffrey
Jordy Nelson
Antonio Brown
DeSean Jackson
Reggie Wayne
Julian Edelman
Vincent Jackson

I'm sure there are more. OBJ doesn't demand a double team or safety over the top yet. Hes deserves ROY but not a pro bowl selection or a top 10 WR ranking.

Have you been frozen and just thawed out? It's 2014. Beckham's numbers dwarf most of those guys you listed. For this year, Beckham has easily been top 10. Nobody has played better at WR since he started playing. Maybe some have been as good, but not better...

People keep talking about him having Eli Manning, but the Giants didn't even have a 1000 yard receiver last year even with Cruz. Beckham has 1300 yards and 12 TDs in 12 games. He ended up with the 2nd most receptions in Giant history. He has had 43 receptions, 606 yards and 7 TDs in his last four games. That's more TDs than AJ Green and Julio Jones have had for the season. In fact, he has had as many TDs as they have had combined. He has easily been one of the best receivers this year and his catches have been phenomenal. He also broke the NFL record for most catches and yards through 12 games for a rookie.
