Completely agree - they are excuses no doubt.
You are on an LSU board so you will see excuses - these are also the same people that want to Boo J Lee - the kid is young and made some bad decisions - but Bama had to make plays on those bad decisions...ie. the INT that was returned for a TD - this had to be caught then returned..which is the other 2/3rds of the play.
My dad always told me...never argue with a fool....and there are quite a few here.
Bama won..good teams always find a way to win..this looks like it is turning out to be your season...good luck the rest of the way

Look, I'm just saying that "Big plays vs. Big talk" shirt is classless.
Yes, Bama played a hell of a game and had some big plays (for ex, I was very impressed with Julio) and LSU played a hell of a game and had some big plays (for ex, Chad Jones knocking the ball out of the Bama guys hand on the 1 yard line, RJF's blocked FG at the end of the game).
It was a good game and to brag about a shirt that says "Big plays 27 vs. Big talk 21, too BIG TIME for you!" shows a lack of class.

I'm not trying to keep the flame going but how would you call the thousands and thousands of shirts disrespecting our coach and team in the stands. How about the "frick you Saban" chants. Come-on man it's a double edge sword

I am a die hard LSU fan & have been my whole life. I live in Alabama..but respect Bama...and I like Nick Saban (one of the few - it was business) - but I am a football fan..and more importantly a loyal SEC fan.

Yeah, I agree.
Alabama is a year ahead of schedule with Saban, IMO. But, bad timing as far as the QB situation goes. This will hinder their progress next season, much like LSU.
I had no high expectations this year, yet I'm still disappointed in our progress at QB, but I'm feeling better about the D after the Bama game.
There is no way as a Bama fan that I could come away from Saturday's contest feeling better about my chances on the national level.
Good luck, I always pull for the SEC. It will be hard not to get excited should you pull off the upset of Florida, but I think your chances of losing before then are greater than your chances against Florida. That's my objective opinion.

A "frick You LSU, 27-21" shirt would not bother me. Yes, that wouldn't be "classy" either, but it wouldn't be as shameful as the Big Plays vs Big Talk too BIG TIME for you shirt, which is just cheesy. Don't get me wrong, LSU has some cheesy shirts as well, but I'd never come on here or a bama forum or any forum trying to advertise it.

Actually, "frick Us" is correct. We have to 2 recent BCS Championships, but this year we really weren't that good, we didn't win any big games,so really "frick us." Everything goes in cycles. At a later date, we'll be better and win the big games...but 2008 wasn't it.

Exactly, ya'll are not that good. You should of beat us like Fl and GA did with all of LSU mistakes. If you beat Fl, if you get their, that will be Sabans second best win ever. By the way, those receivers you have are maaaarveeellllllous, IMO.
