I'll bet MSU is the leader on the West side.

LSU has played 14 or 15 true freshman each season for the past 3 years. I wouldn't be surprised if most SECW teams are near 40.

Kind of an odd argument to make as Mizzou just announced the most true freshman on the 2 deep in the Pinkel era.

And you're a lawyer?

yea mizzou is pretty good at getting the best out of their players in junior and senior yrs

they keep having great DL's and its not recruiting its development over 2,3,4 yrs

It's both, they recruit kids who they know are good athletes that can be developed. Like a kid they got last year who has only played like 3 years of football since he moved to America from Africa. Those kind of under-the-radar guys are who they target to develope

Why does Tennessee claim they are such a young team? They are obviously full of shite!

Gotta give y'all credit for making lemonade out of lemons ... I mean it's not like it wasn't y'all's fault you were so young.

Let's do a chart about number of coaches to coach for a program in the last decade.

When you've got a coaching carousel spinning fast on a pivot point of incompetence - well, you end up with a lot of freshmen and perpetual rebuilding.

It seems like we have had as many coaches as we have had Freshmen. If you count all sports in the last 5 years there have been.

3 Football Coaches (Dooley, Chaney and Jones)
3 Basketball Coaches (Martin, Tyndall, Barnes)
2 Baseball Coaches (Raleigh, Serrano)
2 Women's Basketball Coaches (Summitt, Warlick)

That is 10 coaches in 4 sports in less than 5 seasons.

In 2012, the best team in the east played 10 true freshmen. Same with 2014.

Same with 2014.

So bitter.

How did the "best team in the east's" trip to Atlanta go?

I heard their trip to Jacksonville was a lot of fun.

Also, pick a college team and stick with it, Beaker. Lemme guess: UGA football fan, ku hoops fan. Yes?
