Tennessee was maybe a little relevant in men's and women's basketball over the last five years but that's about it.

Arkansas won a basketball Natty and finished runner up the next season... It isn't Arkansas... Throw in a BCS bowl berth and some CWS appearances since joining the league and the answer is simple.
It's still Arkansas... Because of Bert.

Same can be said about about aggy who has had Texas, Baylor, SMU, TCU, and Houston have more relevance in at least one of the major 3 men's sports over the past 5 years.

Pretty sure Vanderbilt has never been at the very bottom of the SEC. Between endowment and academics they will be at the top. People forget pre war Vandy was pretty damn good so even in sports it would surprise me to find them dead last.
