Lot of bad opinions in this thread. Jeremy Hill was just ok? Good God this board...

Is that really a notable accomplishment?
Breaking a record is a very notable accomplishment, who cares if it only stood a year?
Hill was definitely one of the better SEC rb's over the past few seasons, and the only thing this thread has shown me is that nobody here really watched him play.
That shouldn't be a surprise to me, because all I hear on this website is Fournette is a shite RB because he had a bad game against Alabama.
This board is more broken than the American political system.

Rapist #2. (Behind Mettenberger)

I'm pretty sure that Felix Jones also averaged 6.9 ypc in a season while at Arkansas.
If not, it was very close to it.
Either way, the only thing I remember about Hill was that he was a criminal.

You get a lot of credit for this. Serious.

Very good college RB that played on so-so LSU teams and of course the team vote thing.

Breaking a ypc for a si gle season for running backs with at least 200 carries is absolutely a notable accomplishment when you look at the backs that have come through the SEC. Shawn Alexander, Bo Jackson, Todd Hurley, mark Ingram, Darren McFadden, just to name a few, surpassing them in any category for a season is a notable accomplishment. I'm sure you think Chubb is fantastic(and he is) and he averaged .01 more yards a carry and ran for 150 more yards in the season. So how is Hill just decent and Chubb great when they had almost exactly the same numbers?

LOL at OP thinking he would get anything but this shitshow of a thread. Asking a board full of shitty posters a question will always return plenty of shitty answers.

Sorry, not following.
As an aside, I can totally get the moral criticism. I thought he was an a-hole, and I wanted him off the team after the bar incident.
Still, he was a pretty damn good RB at LSU. Big guy that can move and make people miss.

Yep because it's our fault he got into all that legal trouble. We're such bad people for even bringing it up!

But then it turns out that what was really wanted by OP was some breathless undeserved homage declaring him to be an all time SEC great feared by all teams.
What? I haven't posted since the OP

I remember him for his shitty sucker punch and sexual battery.

More like .16 for those of us that can do math.

No. He isn't. You might want to check that.
Nick Chubb averaged 7.06 YAC in 2014 with 1547 yards
i think his point was that jeremy hill was really fricking good at lsu.

1a and 1b with Buga
Hill is one of the best RBs to play ball in the last 10 years.
