There is only one back on that list that you can not stop by stacking the box.

AU and others stacked the box on Chubb, because they knew Mason was not much of a threat.

It sounds like he mistook Chubb for Fagette and shorted him some stats.

I get the UGA butthurt, but even while Chubb had the better stats, LF7 does have a better tool set.

Chubb was ready from the get go. LF7 was slow to start, unsure of his reads, but as the season progressed, his game is starting to come together nicely. Just slower than expected.

I think you could swap both backs and each school and have very similar numbers respectively right now.

I think LF7 has more room to gorw.

Had he started the first 5 games, Chubb would have very likely broken 2000 yards as a freshman. How much more does he need to grow?

When you look at them physically, yea, LF7 has the better tools.

LSU would waste Chubb just like we waste everything on O minus 2013.

I'm not picking anyone's natural tools over Chubb. Even LF7 (who has great tools).

Yeah, I'm not sure I get why LF's "tools" are so much better than Chubb.

LF is taller.

After that - Chubb has better leg strength, better upper body strength, just as fast (or as close for it to be negligible), better balance, better vision, better acceleration, quicker, and has better lateral movement.

So, what are these better tools you speak of?

These circles are pointless. They are so physically gifted both are insane.

So many fans on both sides take great offense to everything.

For the record, I always said Gurley was better than hill from an ability standpoint (even though it looks as Hill will be the better pro back) and quite honestly, I think Henry will probably have a better year than both.

Im not just some LSU homer, If LF7 was on UGA's team i'd say the same thing.

God forbid people have an opinion different from the UGA fan base.

I think it's mainly the LSU fan base that is struggling with this. Your difference of opinion is with the UGA fan base, everyone that voted Chubb Freshman Player of the Year, everyone that voted Chubb first team All SEC, the vast majority of other fan bases, and the stats which clearly show Chubb had the much better season.

So it's not just the UGA fan base you have a difference of opinion with, FWIW.

Looks like Hill will be the better pro back? Why don't we at least wait and see who drafts Gurley first. I swear, the only thing LSU fans care about is "potential".

Well, then so be it.

The thread was titled "No love" they ranked him 3rd. Its not like they ranked the kid last.

From an LSU perspective with regards to O talent, its not the potential we care about, its the lack of production we witness each year from great players.

Look at OBJ, he had a great year in 2013 for LSU standards, this shite he is doing in the NFL all but makes the point. Do you remember how much it was debated who the top WR's were last year in the SEC?

In any-case, it will all work itself out.

As it stands, Chubb is the best RB in the nation as far as I can see.
