It really is as simple as without the LSU loss, you're still able to drop a game to AU or State and make the playoffs, and with the LSU loss, you can't lose to either and make the playoffs.
Thus, the loss has effected your season as of now.

It wont be the LSU that affects us now. It would be the Auburn/Arky/State loss that breaks our goals. LSU is behind us and has no affect going forward

It would be a combination of the LSU and a AU/Arky/State loss.
Both losses would effect you season
