Did Nick Marshall have a shot at QB in the NFL?
QB in the NFL is a different animal now. Accuracy is at a premium, even over arm strength. NM had/has a shot, but he would need a great offensive coach that understands how to best use him while improving his accuracy.

Wilson has been a stud.
Wilson was also extremely lucky to land in one of 3 or 4 places where he could succeed.

Meh you could argue Vicks been more successful than Matt Ryan

College stats are fun and all but Vick has more talent than all of those kids and that's why he was drafted where he was. White was great in college as was Wilson. Marshall was good not great. Vick was great sometimes but his whole rep was made in that FSU game. Plus that arm and athletic ability. Vick was unreal from a talent perspective. Not even close compared to those other 3.

Agree with the Wilson statement that he landed in the perfect spot. The guy is the most overrates qb on any level. I've seen this kid play since he was an early teen and he's not that great and never has been. The big difference with him is his intelligence. He's got it upstairs and that helps him tremendously.

I agree with this. Vick had talent that wasn't ever fully realized in production. Marshall is an elite athlete, but not like that. I think Marshall actually does a better job using his talent for his team than Vick usually did. Vick just couldn't ever put it all together in a consistent package.
