No dude, you're the dumbass that cant comprehend 2 tenths of a second is not that much time.

I bet you also think someone who runs a 4.49 is significantly faster than someone who runs a 4.51.

You're talking to someone who has spent plenty of time act camps timing kids in the 40 yard dash.

He's 5 inches taller and about 70 lbs heavier than Mark Ingram. But if they race each other, Ingram would only beat fairley by one step.
Who would win a race between Ingram and Antoine Carter?

Someone who won't let it go...look, you've already been proven wrong a few posts back, and we all know it's not a constant speed so it's definitely not "Fairley lost to Ingram by One Step", even though Fairley is mighty quick for his size.

Just let it go man...

That's 2 hundreths not 2 tenths.

And the difference in this particular case of 2 hundreths difference would be 0.177 yards or about 0.53 feet.

Apparently Fairley would only lose by two or three steps there...

McElroy knows how fast Mr. Fairley is. He's the best football player to come out of the state of Alabama in 30 years.

Fairley is fast as lightening.

I just got a text that some Nevada DL just ran a 4.45. Anyone else heard that?

Does anyone have the 10yd splits? I would like to see those times as well. That is a much better number for DTs than the 40. Suh's 40 time was over 5 seconds, but I bet he had an awesome 10yd time.

The times by these D lineman are pretty unbelievable. Marvin Austin ran a 4.8 right at 300 lbs. The times that Fairley and Dareus put up are incredible for guys their size.

I watched a good bit of the workouts this morning and it's amazing to see guys that big move as well as most of these guys do.

The thing about Fairley is he could probably have a better time if he didn't start so high. He basically was just bent over at the waist with his hand on the ground and not crouched in a semi-sprinters stance, like most everyone else.

Warren Sapp ran a 4.69. Personally, I wouldn't want either chasing me down.

Is someone gonna trip Ingram during the race?

Yep, but he will also get a 10 yard head start.
