Your hypothetical stats for Chubb don't even do what you claimed them to.

The 13 nick Chubb starts easily out did LF 2015:

279 carries
2068 yards

More numbers just blatantly made up. Nice.

Your entire argument has been Chubb puts up better a better season than Fournette based on what Chubb "would have done" using his numbers through 5 games. When it's proven, using your own method, that it doesn't even hold water and that Chubb actually wouldn't have put up better numbers, you just make up more stats to move the goal posts.

It's like arguing with a child.

I'm going to give you credit you are right Fournette not only did one thing no Georgia RB has ever done but two. He also quit on his team and no Georgia back has ever done that.

Jalen Hurts quit on his team. Leonard Fournette was injured and told by his coach not to play in his bowl game.

See the difference?

For an undefeated UGA team, they sure do care about some LSU.

I guess they expect their annual loss to UF soon.

This thread was made by an LSU fan, after Fournette had his best game of his pro career, taking a shot at Nick Chubb.

But yeah, this one's on us

It was actually made in response to the UGA fan's weekly thread taking a shot at Derrius Guice.

Let's not act like UGA fans aren't just as complicit in this constant pissing match.

I was not and have not EVER “ taken a shot at Nick Chubb” . I am just playing humorously to an SEC Rant MEME. Those who get the joke laugh and those who don’t melt for 7 pages denigrating Leonard Fournette, Derrick Henry , Darius Guice etc. You guys are taking yourself WAY too seriously. And FTR, I am a Nick Chubb fan.

It's a humorous shot, but it's still a shot.

I'm not offended by it. I feel like I've been one of the most complimentary people on this board (especially of UGA fans) towards Fournette over the last couple years as well. I was just bringing up who started the thread.

Those are in fact his total yards in his 13 starts of 2014 and 2015.

I didn't realize it was a 64 carry difference. I guess that was just enough to give LF more total yards. How many more Chubb carries would it take to have gained more than LF and his 300 carries? Probably not many, but I will let you do the math.

Chubb quit on his team twice when he sat out multiple games

So, since your extrapolation argument turned out to be a dud you're now using stats from games in two separate seasons to try and claim what his numbers would have been in 2015 had he not gotten injured.

You can't make this shite up.

ETA: You're also the guy who thinks YPC is all that matters when comparing Chubb and Fournette, but refuses to acknowledge YPC when discussing Bo and Herschel.

We all know you're one of the biggest homers on this board. Logic and reason don't play any part in what you argue. You take whatever benefits the Georgia player and use that liberally in each argument.

Chubb 2015 was better than 2014 Chubb so the idea of mine makes sense, but i didn't realize it was a 64 carry difference, which is enourmous. You and I both know That's the only reason it didn't work.

So, what was the yardage difference again? I trust you did the math correctly. How many more Chubb carries would it take to have gained more than LF and his 300 carries?

Probably not many, but I will let you do the math.

So your argument is just one big “oh but if a thousand things played out differently the guy I like would have been better.”

Impressive how long you pretended to actually have something based in reality as support for your worn out rag arse argument.

No, just one thing, which was the trip to knee land. Thats the only thing that ever made LF better than NC.

Moving goal posts, as always.

This isn't what you originally said. You claimed that using Chubb's 2015 stats through 5 games he would have surpassed what Fournette did. Here's one of your multiple instances of making such a claim:

quote:

With that said, Y'all ran lf in the dirt that year, while chubb would have been fresh all year long. Logic says Chubb would have had the better year.

That has been proven false so now you're adding carries to Chubb's numbers to add to his total. You can't make this argument using his 2015 numbers, so you've resorted to using his 2014 & 2015 numbers and using a make believe 13 game "season" to try and make your point. There's nothing logical about that. It's pure, unadulterated homerism.
