Most recent game = the past

Well is that game happening now or in the future? No, it's not.

Then it happened in the past.

How about that Louisiana school system, yall?

It's not the school system. It's the point of reference being used to discuss the passage of time.

The problem is that he appears to be using time in a more formal sense while you are using it colloquially. Both are right from their points of view. He is factually right while you are arguing he's wrong colloquially.

He's as quick as Harvin.. Lol.

Burst doesn't have to equal quick. He gets to full speed fast

He's as fast as Jordy Nelson!!!.. Woohoo?

Nelson is a capable deep threat at WR.

Based on the combine, Leonard Fournette has:
- Same weight as Clay Matthews
- Same burst as Percy Harvin
- Same speed as Jordy Nelson
You forgot the parts about the speeding bullet, locomotives and tall buildings.

He doesn't have the burst nor does he have the cutting ability of Harvin. Harvin would maintain full speed while cutting. LF is great in his own regard, but not really comparable to Harvin in those areas.

Where is Tre Mason these days? I sincerely hope he's gotten the psychiatric help he clearly needs.

That's good. Dude went completely off the rails. I wonder if it's CTE related.

Yeah his mom said he's had several concussions throughout his career and when he came home for the offseason after his rookie year in the NFL they could see he had changed mentally. She said he had "the mind-set of a 10 years old" and that he was no longer self aware enough to realize anything was wrong or that his behavior was harmful.

Definitely the right move to pull him away from the game. Especially considering he comes from a family that already has money that can afford to get him help without that nfl paycheck

Really? They must have struck a helluva deal when he signed with Auburn.

That's crazy. My brother took a hit straight on in 8th grade that almost killed him. He was definitely different afterwards. Sometimes it's not a career of hits, but one in particular.

Or maybe his dad is a successful DJ/producer that was a member of a pioneering rap group.

Tre Mason's dad is worth $3.5 million
