Gonna be interesting if that wasn't him that tweeted it. If he didn't and this hurts his draft stock(which it will), they can get the ISP from whomever sent that tweet and sue the shite out of who did it.

I would guess that they would charge you with contempt if you couldn't fulfill the court's order. I'm no lawyer so I couldn't be totally wrong...

I guess you're not familiar with how the internet and social media works. I can tweet to my account from my phone, computer, and tablet. An account can be accessed by multiple devices. I can post to this message board from all of those devices as well.
