Overall standings were:
1. Florida
2. Texas A&M
3. Kentucky
4. Georgia
5. Arkansas
6. Alabama
7. South Carolina
8. LSU
9. Auburn
10. Tennessee
11. Vanderbilt
12. Ole Miss
13. Missouri
14. Mississippi State

Are "dip-whizzy" and the rest of the 'tard Missouri fans still saying their athletic program is better than Kentucky's? Asking for a friend

It's painfully obvious that A&M was the bellcow of the last expansion. Damn Mizzou, show some effort at least.

LSU needs to get its act together. Hopefully the new men's basketball coach will be a good start.

One would think however that UF and Texas AM would have the advantage in the "all-sports" trophy due to the populations and resources of their states. More in-state high schools with better athletic programs to recruit from.

Missouri is struggling to get regular students these days, people desired enough to be recruited to other schools are kind of out of their league. They just signed a couple hoopers though, so maybe they can start pulling their weight in shooty hoops.

The problem with this theory is that Florida has dominated the all sports for 30 years starting back when they had 10 people per square mile, sugar cane fields, orange groves, cows, swamps, alligators and palm trees, and only a couple of yankees.

LSU is either damn good at a sport or a total dumpster fire. We'll shoot up in the rankings if Will Wade and the new men's tennis coach rite the ship. We'll always be a total train wreck in swimming, wish we'd just drop the sport. We need to fire the women's golf, soccer, and volleyball coaches. I feel confident that happens next season, but Alleva's hands were already full cleaning up other sports.

I'm really hoping we give the men's tennis job to Michael Sell. He and his wife have done a phenomenal job with the women's program.

Fargas looks close to turning women's basketball around, though she created the mess in the first place.

The rankings are pretty deceiving, as LSU will probably finish top 15 in the Director's Cup if we finish strong in men's golf, baseball, softball, and track like expected

So...what is the differences between this trophy and say the directors cup for instance? I ask because MU is 13th in this one, but ranks the 3rd highest(15th nationally) SEC team in the directors cup...why the despairity? Oh, and congrats gators and Kentucky on great years.

UGA is arguably at its lowest points in sports, so it's surprising to see them at #4. McGarity has been the worst thing to happen to UGA. He's single handily driven the AD into the ground. But hey, he spends money so the dumb arse boosters are happy. Fire Mediocre McGarity
