Yancy honestly thinks this piss ant Merkle lawsuit will somehow play a part in the COI hearing set for 9/11? Who fills their heads with this garbage?

I wonder how many subscriptions Yancy will sell when OM can only sign 15 or so kids a year 2 or 3 years in a row?

Will people pay extra to gain inside knowledge on who's transferring next?

I gotta believe Ole Barney and Terry talked so much that they had that conversation down to less than 30 seconds......"Hey Terry, I'm sending ______ over to get $____ in clothes." "Sure thing Barn, send him on over, I'll get one of the girls to meet him at the door."

I suppose he could have gotten the '"I'm not able to answer the phone, leave a message" message and hung up and dialed 18 more times for the same message.

That's a possibility. I'm of the opinion with the way Barney had that operation running so systematically, that he could give Terry a quick heads up call and let him know who he was sending over and they could make the call in less than a minute. On a really busy recruiting weekend there was a lot of prospects on campus.....they didn't have time to chat too long.

At OM it'd been more like
"Hay Tarry! How's y'all durn on over thar! Looky here Bubba. I gots me a boy gonna come down thar and was a hopin y'all could take reeeeeal good care of him. Send that purty lil daughter of yorn to meet him and give him whatever he wants. You know. Show him sum real Rebel hospeetalitee.
Ole Terry just replies, sho thang Hos!

Under a minute.

Photobucket should be a prohibited site on this board. Horrible!

NCAA does not operate like a court of law.
Good luck with that.

I've been told that the majority of calls were one minute or less because no one answered when called but it's still listed as a "call".

Good news everyone! Hugh Freeze doesn't have to resign now!

In the last 10 cases in a court of law, NCAA is 0-10.

See Miami and Penn State.

They now treat cases as if a court of law will review the case.

There aren't strong parallels to either Miami or Penn State with Ole Miss. The NCAA investigators haven't used an attorney in a bankruptcy proceeding to try to depose a witness in matters unrelated to the bankruptcy proceedings, and there are no child molestation charges which fall outside the regular jurisdiction of the NCAA's disciplinary oversight involved.

Are you just now wondering this? This is all Ole Miss does. Some buffoon on the spirit says that Leo lied, or that Dan Mullen is behind all of this, and before you know it, all of those retards are speaking of it as it's the truth.

It's going to be fun to observe the meltdown that is rapidly approaching. "But, I thought we was Hotty Toddy!"

Oh, and by the way, neither Miami or Penn State sued the NCAA.

I don't know anything about this Yancey cat, but does anyone on that board ever challenge him or add logical comments to shoot down his theories?

Surely there's a poster or two that know how this shite works and they'd try to set him straight rather than allow him to look like an idiot?
