Geez Missouri ...whose butt did y'all kiss to get that schedule. That's embarrassingly weak till mid Oct .. Then to finish with SoCar MSU and Ark

But y'all do go to Amherst ... To play arguably the worst team in CFB

I'm guessing the two bye weeks for everyone has something to do with the expanded playoffs?

One of the first years Alabama doesn’t have a straight up cupcake before the iron bowl. Interesting

Yeah instead we get a cupcake before the Mercer game.

it happens once every like 5 years or so due to an early labor day and a late Thanksgiving. Greg McElroy talked about it during the schedule reveal show today

I think it's the way Thanksgiving falls this year.

Will Mizzou get a win against Auburn this time around?

I know I'm one of the few that are concerned that big name programs, like bama, will have a tough run just to survive before making it to their first bye week.

I was just wondering what was up with the two open dates. That makes sense.

I member when every single SEC team scheduled their bye week before the Alabama game if we were on their schedule during any particular season. That finally had to be corrected by brute force law-fare.

Those were good times; that is when Alabama knew they were kings of the gridiron.

I'll be 50 years old this year and, honestly, do not remember any year where all teams had a double bye but I'll go with it because I'm certainly not looking it up.

After last year, I’m convinced we’ll never beat Auburn.

Auburn played 11 straight games in 2010 to schedule their bye before the Iron Bowl.

I also didn't remember such a thing. But it does look like Arkansas had a bye on October 5th and November 16th in 2019.

That's especially pitiful but, all of them scheduled their bye week before Alabama.

It was unadulterated fear and collusion.

Bets on when Napier gets fired?

I’d put a lot on after the Mississippi State game if he loses it. I can easily see them losing to Miami and 8&4feit in the first 3 weeks.

A 2 or 3 win season is a real possibility
