i wouldn't say lots but i'm kinda old so there's been a few. anyway, my comment was more a scoff at some high on the list.

This makes quite a bit of sense actually... if you rank them by which state feels the most insecure about their "manhood". Whether you are Tommy Two Inch or Long Dong Wong any condom will fit. The people that sell and make condoms however have figured out that certain folks have... concerns about Ole John Henry so they market large sized condoms.
Its all right to try and boost your confidence boys. Most of us don't need to but we don't look down on you. Well... maybe a little.
