Just cuz we lost a game doesn't mean we're a worst team. Otherwise rankings would be impossible.

Ole miss lost to us and auburn but beat lsu etc.

The coaches always give credit to their pre season guesses and assume teams have earned those early rankings. Then they fail to fully adjust when the results reflect they were wrong. Having coaches rank teams makes little sense in the first place.

To be fair, they'll still probably finish 11-1

You have 2 losses at home.
AU has 1 on the road.
AU beat you head to head.

Why play the games if they aren't fully reflected in the rankings?

Just proves that the coaches shouldn't vote. They are as biased as they come and the rankings end up screwed up. They vote for who helps them and votes down teams to help get the ones they want lower SOS down. Stoops 2.0.

Florida State is at least the #2 team in the country.

Against every rec team and directional school within a 100 mile radius.

It's no coincidence they got beat by the best team on their schedule (had Cinci's starting QB not gone down earlier this season).

You barely beat us with an injured Johnny. No one is really that impressed.

The SEC is not down. Oklahoma is ranked 11th in the country. Most of the SEC would have a good shot at beating them.

It's all good. All that matters is the SEC W race.

Who has Louisville beaten and lost to? And how is a 2 loss TAMU ahead of a 1 loss Auburn that just beat them?

Gears have been ground

Agreed, Auburn should be higher than A&M. I give props to teams that can win on the road in the SEC.
