2 things people need to realize. Bama's offense is no better than Memphis' and State still hasn't played a team with better receivers than UAB.

They definitely beat the snot out of Alabama but the offense was awful to watch for most of that game and Bo Wallace was picking on a poor BAMA secondary.....and that wasn't until the 2nd half.

I'll call my shot now...Bama goes to ATL. Some of the bottom-dwellers, currently TAMU, LSU, And Arky, will give the undefeated teams a loss or two.

That is of no relevance any more. What it boils down to now.....win you conference or you probably won't be in.When you lose doesn't matter. Who you lose to is a different story.

Undefeated. Playing well. Particularly TCU.
Preseason and earlier rankings should not factor into new rankings. You go with what you see on the field week to week. Preseason perceptions can be wildly inaccurate. Wins/losses shouldn't determine how much you drop/rise, each week you should completely re-rank the top 25 based off SOS, quality, and record.
Glad the CFP committee isn't releasing rankings till late October. You need 7 or 8 weeks to see where teams are.

I dont know why FSU is still No.1 they play NOBODY. Auburn should be No.1, but if we beat the Grinders this weekend, I think that sorts itself out.

Never thought I'd see the day when a 'Bama poster would claim that Ole Miss didn't do shite by beating them. I know I have more respect for the 'Bama program than that poster does.

Agreed. This poll is far more legit. I like that they don't worry about moving teams up big. It's early enough in the season and that should be just fine to do.
