The last time the ACC expanded, Virginia told the ACC they needed to add Virginia Tech, or they would not approve the new additions to the conference.
That was only after VT threw a fit and brought politicians into it. UVA DID NOT WANT VT. They were basically forced to vote against all expansion plans that did not include VT.

No, closet Communism is taking money that Alabama and LSU earn and giving it to teams (like Kentucky and Vanderbilt, historically) who never make bowls

Not like UK has never been to or won a primary bowl game. Can Alabama say the same when basketball season rolls around?
1942 Kentucky Final Four
1948 Kentucky National Champions
1949 Kentucky National Champions
1951 Kentucky National Champions
1953 LSU Final Four
1958 Kentucky National Champions
1966 Kentucky National Runner-Up
1975 Kentucky National Runner-Up
1978 Kentucky National Champions
1981 LSU Final Four
1984 Kentucky Final Four
1986 LSU Final Four
1993 Kentucky Final Four
1996 Kentucky National Champions
1997 Kentucky National Runner-Up
1998 Kentucky National Champions
2006 LSU Final Four
2011 Kentucky Final Four
2012 Kentucky National Champions
UK has 1 MNC in football which means they have been to the top. If you are trolling at least wait until Bama or LSU make at least 1 National Championship game in basketball to talk that kind of smack. UK has been to 11 NCAA National Championship games which is greater to the ZERO combined for the Tide and Tigers.
Those NCAA Basketball checks to the SEC get cashed by Bama and LSU.

You mean the governor and legislators strong armed UVA into making this stance

You don't actually believe that do you? As often as someone mentions Clemson, FSU, or GT. None of those were actually an option, yet are mentioned all the time

Same can be said for the Russians and Chinese
Guys in the top of those pecking orders are not living the live of the common man. At least the TAMU folks know on the Rant as you look at the buildings on the TAMU campus and you can see Russian Communism at work in the architecture. One of the TAMU folks can provide the link if they know it.

quote:For the SEC, 14 will work fine if we go to a nine-game conference schedule. If we keep the permanent cross-division matchups in order to preserve Bama-UT and UGA-Auburn, a 9 game schedule would allow schools to rotate through the other division every 3 years, and that is important for fostering a sense of unity, rather than having a sense of the divisions being separate conferences.
this is a real dick move by ESPN. They started all this crap and now screw it up and leaves the SEC and the B1G in a shite position being stuck at 14.

They're confusing Communism with Totalitarianism. Usually, the two go hand-in-hand. But in their elemental state, they're completely different things
