So Lying Leo is not credible when discussing the money MSU paid him(while on probation) but is credible when discussing the money he was supposed to have been paid by Ole Miss? Funny thing is, the booster who was supposed to have paid him has proof he couldn't have been where and when this supposed payment took place.

Makes alot of sense....there is a reason the NCAA is 0-10 in lawsuits

No, what's not credible is an Ole Miss Alumni reporting Mississippi State info he got from an Ole Miss attorney less than two weeks before 9/11

Nice try!

You should probably clarify reality first.

That's the way the NCAA works.

OM has not helped themselves either over the course of the last year or so. Asking for mercy > defiance.

Did you get your info from Yancey?

I'm guessing you did. You probably shouldn't do that.

It you look back to the COI response you will see that Leo knew what cars they drove and picked out they're photos.

If they didn't give him money or meet with him how did he do that? Why would he have ever met an attorney from Oxford to know what he drove if otherwise?

One possible explanation is that the info was fed to him by MSU.

Yes, dumbass. If all it took was someone saying "I got paid" then your dumbass left tackle that admitted on national tv that your coaches paid him would be in the 2nd NOA. There is a ton of evidence to support the allegation that Allen paid Leo Lewis, to include Leo Lewis being able to pick him and his car out and there being a text message implying that Allen just wasted 10 thousand dollars on Lewis.

There is no second witness or piece of documented evidence regarding Leo's statement that he received money from other schools.

There is other credible evidence that UM gave him money.

Let me quote from the covenant of agreement.

"Thou shalt not convict on the word of only one man, but on the evidence of several, thou shalt bring down wrath with mighty anger and quickness, because woe unto him who fails to maintain his righteousness. Vengeance is ours. Thus saith the NCAA."

You guys are going to get hammered.

He never said State paid him. That is OM’s theory.

If you'll notice Godfrey used words like "alleged" and "according to" etc when directly speaking about Lewis. If he even believed the shite he was writing he would have been much more direct. He is doing a service for his university. And last I checked no one in the damn country has commented on it. Cause OM has ZERO credibility now.
