their small school darling who they fawned over all season just lost to a very average Kentucky team
cry me a fricking river. the SEC was underrated. Wichita State was overrated. admit it and move on.
If wichita state was as good as they were billed to be they should have been able to beat whoever was put in front of them, especially a Kentucky team who was swept by Arkansas and lost to South Carolina

Kentucky also has played amazing defense lately. Held Kansas State to their worst offensive game of the year on Friday.

Er, Wichita State is just as good as any of the other #1 seeds. They had the unfortunate experience of having to play a Kentucky team finally getting their shite together as an 8 seed.
The SEC is underrated but that shouldn't diminish Wichita State. But hey, it's whatever helps you hold on to some regular season sweep.
