So North Carolina won't let men shower or use the toilet in a female restroom and the NCAA cries discrimination? Get the hell out of here. I don't want to live on this planet anymore.

Could not agree more. I've said it before and I'll type it again .... The Incurable Ward is in charge of The Insane Asylum that this country has become and the breeding grounds for the incurables are our universities and, by profile, the NCAA in Indianapolis. They'll allow UNC to rampantly cheat with the academics but they want to issue sanctions over fricking public toilets.

's funny to me how people are up in arms about something that doesn't affect them because other people are up in arms about shite that does affect them.

I think it's the exact opposite. EVERYONE uses a public restroom, so EVERYONE has an opinion on this. That's why it has become so overblown.

Every single time it came up, it was handled adequately. Then along came Caitlyn Jenner and the issue exploded onto the national scene.

Right here is the problem

Well, guns are relatively cheap, or you could just go the old tried and true toaster oven in the bathtub. Either way.

I thinks it's like 3% of the population. Makes no difference to me if you stand or sit to pee, but I will tell you if I catch a confused individual with a penis in the same bathroom as my daughter, they will not have to worry about which bathroom to use next time.

2. It's 2016. Why the hell are people fighting for their right to discriminate?

I'm sure you're a great guy, but that's such a load of bullshite. The local ordinances that you defended discriminated against people who don't want biological males going into the lady restrooms on their property. Claims of "discrimination" are conversation killers. They shut down those who disagree with you as "bad" and make it such that you can ignore their voice. It's pretty damn illiberal.

Somebody post a gif of a rassler body slamming a guy.

It's 2016. Why the hell are people fighting for their right to discriminate? Hate to sound like an after school special, but can't we all just get along? You were born with a penis and want people to call you a lady? Fine. You have a cock and want to stick it in another dude? Go for it. No one should be able to deny you housing or a job based on these things. Why is this still an issue? frick companies like Hobby Lobby that say it's their Christian values that give them a right to discriminate. That goes against the entire ideology of Christianity. It isn't your fricking place to judge.

The bathroom thing is a safety and privacy issue. I get that. But there haven't been any issues with it, just paranoia. Even DONALD TRUMP, the most ridiculous person in the world has said NC didn't need to pass that law.

I was going to stay out of this but after reading your post I could not. You were almost there. I agree if some dude wants to dress like a woman or stick his pecker in another dude, who cares as long as the dude he is sticking it in is agreeing to the action. The part I could not disagree with more is saying places like Hobby Lobby should not be able to discriminate based on their Christian values. A business should be able to do what they want. If you do not like it do not financially support it. The same goes for places like Target that allow dudes that identify as women to use the women's restroom. If people do not like it they can go somewhere else. While we do not have a true free market you still have more than one option. The government needs to stop sticking their noses into everything.

Here it is again with a few words changed: If someone in a bathroom complains they are uncomfortable with a transgender in the bathroom with them because they might be a pervert, the transgender person shouldn't be taken out of the restroom if they aren't doing anything wrong.

This sums it up perfectly. There has never been a single incident where a transgendered person was doing something "inappropriate" in a bathroom.

This shite is nothing more than the religious frickheads in this country realizing they list the fight against gay people moving on to another group of people they want to bully around.

Religion.. Making gullible people look stupid for generations.

A business is open to the public and could not exist without taxpayers money that supplied the roads built to the business, the electrical and water grid systems, the police and fire services that protect, and numerous other things. Get out of here with that bullshite "businesses can discriminate" bullshite. What if all the Hindu and Muslim owned gas stations (a vast majority of them in the US) refused to sell Christians gas? What if it was your wife or daughter who was about to run out of gas on a long stretch of highway in the middle of nowhere and the one gas stationed was owned by a Muslim and turned her away because she is Christian. You'd be ready to linch the guy and burn his store down.

It's easy to be ok with discrimination when you are not the one being discriminated against and are in the majority.

Sure it doesn't.

Like I said before. Find me one instance where a transgendered person molested or raped someone in a public bathroom.

You won't find it. It's never happened and in fact, the opposite has happened on many occasions.

It's not the f'ed up transgendered wannabes that is the problem. It's the f'ed up pervs that is the danger. 7 year old girls should not have to go into a bathroom with a 30 year old man. I don't care if you are the most rainbow flag flying, Hilary votin' libtard alive, you know you wouldn't want your daughter potentially exposed to that. If you disagree, you are lyin'.

A child is insanely more likely to be molested by a family member than a stranger, much less one pretending to be the opposite gender.

Never let facts get in the way of a good scaremongering though.

I am sure you think the government has the answers to everything. That Muslim owned gas station probably would not stay open very long if they only served fellow Muslims. Money talks and when a business' bottom line is impacted by their stance on something you will see if they really believe that.

I am not discriminating against anyone. If you let things play out everything will work itself out and people will pay for the decisions they make.

I never said that I think the government has all the answers. Far from it. But part of the job of the government is to protect minorities from discrimination.

Sadly it took several hundred years to protect African Americans and they still haven't gotten that fully resolved yet. I'd hate to see America once again be on the wrong side of history.

How is having to use the same restroom as everyone else of your sex discrimination?
