Definitely the highest power 4 team by far the last 5-6 years. I think 52 was the previous high.
Looks like the committee did not give much thought about RPI this year.

Good for y'all....told you your ags were NOT a top 8 seed...the big surprise is the selection cmmtee.'s snub of Vandy ! Only 2 SEC seeds is a "political" decision and once again shows the bias !

This is not new. The SEC always gets screwed around in this thing. It has happened for at least the past decade. I think it is part of them wanting to "broaden the appeal" of the sport. The top-heavy attendance leadership by the SEC for the past 20 years is proof we already like CBSB.

Hey farmer...IF you knew ANYTHING about how the selection "process" works....you would NOT be spouting off about how you ags were a lock or deserved a top 8 seed !
The selectors don't want any conference to dominate the process, they want to "spread" the seeded teams out to expand interest. Given those FACTS...a 4th place finish in conference....ANY conference will no longer get you a top seed.....understand now ?
