On whether the game is played within the rules, yes. They don't get to decide the score based on how good a spiral a QB threw on a TD pass. They only decide if the wounded duck of a pass was thrown in bound and whether the recieve horrificly bobbled, but ultimately controlled the ball in bounds in the endzone. Ugly as the pass and throw may be, it is still worth 6 points. Peroid. No opinions on form.
