Mills did too. I'm glad they're not allowing back plates to be exposed anymore..that's cool in practice..tuck your dress-long jersey in during games.

Sounds like if the more fit of the bunch do it it could be a real boon for ticket sales in college station.

I can't access the OP's link but it's been a rule for a while - they just haven't enforced it because there weren't a lot players violating it. You're supposed to have your jersey tucked in AND your pants must cover the knees with adequate safety pads.
