You just can't believe stuff unless you see it.

I love love love white people but you don't understand what it means to be the great grandson of ex slaves and make it this far.

is that a real quote? because if so my great grandparents came over on a boat and struggled when they arrived in nyc- should i have a chip on my shoulder too? for future reference, just how many generations can we go back and try to get sympathy from?

Yea frick that. My grandmother grew up dirt poor in one of the worst towns in Alabama. But contrary to logical belief assuming all white people grow up comfortably is not racist AND accurate

I didn't check to see if that was the real Kanye West, but it's something Shaun King retweeted.

He's a total fricking moron.

I guarantee 100% Peyton would be a convicted sex criminal like the Alabama tea Bagger if he wasn't rich as frick.

You guarantee it? How about going on the record with everything you know to be true about the incident?

UT swept it under the rug? This was settled legally and both parties signed off on the settlement. Not sure how that translates to sweeping it under any rug.

"Swept under the rug" may not be the right choice of words, however UT fought to avoid having to pay a dime to her.

I agree 100%.

This guy sounds like he learned his skills under the tutelage of David Protess at Northwestern University. FWIW, I still believe the Doc.

Well, we already know Finebaum is an idiot. The fact is that Manning and the whole thing has been mentioned in the latest Title IX suit. It's not beyond the realm of possibility that he could have to testify, and her as well.

I am a lawyer and ESPN needs to stay with sportscasting. Just read the sworn under oath affidavits. The standard of malice is almost impossible to prove, (I know personally), the judge is saying their is sufficient evidence of malice to be presented to a jury. It never was because the case was settled.

He is a hack, and this clearly is a hit piece but killing the messenger doesnt change the facts.

Peyton is the smartest person to ever come out of TN IMO.

I'd like for one of the apologists saying how smart Manning is to try to reconcile that with the monumentally stupid act of mentioning her in the book. Has to be one of the most stupid things ever done by an allegedly intelligent person.

You are using articles written by Whitlock ( a race baiter himself) and Florio (a convicted plagiarist) to say what? Manning is innocent of whatever?

Please. Those two are bad people. FWIW I don't give a shite if Manning showed his arse, the lawsuit has much bigger problems than that.

Peyton shouldn't miss this golden opportunity to represent Lipton on TV and shill for T-bags.

he didn't mention her at all in his book. he apologizes for a stupid action he did. he didn't mention her name or the incident. that bitch just wanted money so she said outed herself as the person being apologized to.

What exactly could PM testify to? The UT personnel in place 20 years ago are all long gone, especially the primary players. He knows nothing legally about the current environment. And as more than one legal talking head has said yesterday & today, Title IX suits never go to trial, they all settle. PM just needs to keep quiet & this will all blow over publically.
