Looking in to what? The story in the link? That's a little different than a video of a crime.
If we are assuming these good Christians are being totally honest, then nobody should think anything other than the aggressor should be punished. I've never met anyone who was just minding his own business and being knocked out, but that's me. Video is a little more damning than one side of a story. But hey, I'm no lawyer.
Does the OP have something that we could go on, or is this just a dumb rebuttal flame? I guess they should just prosecute anyone who happened to be wearing purple or gold and walking on bourbon that night.

What is interesting is that it was shoulder to shoulder on the street, but somehow these guys snuck away without any trouble and without any other incident. That's and amazing feat for the perp. And nobody saw this and stopped them, despite the probability of there being a large Bama contigent on the street. And these people know a gunpoint and knife wound victim all on the same night? Very strange.
