From the outside looking in Georgia and Florida owns the East and have for a while. Tennessee needs to prove it

SEC-West
Bust: Ole Miss (the strain will be too much for Chad the Chode)
Surprise: Arkansas (they will win 10 gms at least)
SEC-East
Bust: Tennessee (hyped to win the East when they went 2-4 against good FBS teams and 5-0 vs bad FBS teams. Butch is unproven)
Surprise: USC (we have nowhere else to go but up, so going 6-6, 7-5 is huge improvement by comparison)
Bust: Ole Miss (the strain will be too much for Chad the Chode)

Bust: MSU (no bowl & a loss at BYU, rebuilding year but still a bust)
Bust: Tennessee (Vols finish 9-3 losses to Florida, Alabama, & get surprised by someone else, its not a bad season but a bust because most are picking them to win the East.)
Surprise: LSU (Was tempted to take Ole Miss but I actually think LSU finds a way to win the West this year, its a surprise because honestly, many don't think Les as a coach can pull it off.)
Surprise: Florida (The East is weird, case in point Florida will actually win the East this year. Key is finding a stable QB, their dreadful kicking game should be much better as well. OL Depth will be better also.)

How can anyone define the top two teams from a division as surprises the following season... They're either nothing or busts.
Busts: Florida, Ole Miss
Surprises: Kentucky, LSU
