I'd be pretty nervous if I were a Sooner or Grinder.

OU has tanked the last few weeks though, have to wonder if Stoops has been a little distracted...

That said my first and second phone calls would be to Jim Harbaugh.

I hope his wife got all the plastic surgery she needed. Last time I saw her she looked like Jar-Jar Binks.

They should hire Gary Patterson if they could get him. Can you imagine what he could do with the Florida talent?

Hyman is waiting to fire Sumlin to hire Patterson. Hyman and Patterson are great friends ... and it was Hyman who gave Patterson his big break.

A&M seems more likely honestly unless he gets a HC position somewhere else

It all depends on the contract payout clause I'm sure.

If Boom can get the remaining money on his contract, even after the revisions, and still work for the HBC, I'm sure he will.

Rumors this morning are that Boom forfeited some normal buyout clause demands when his last contract was renewed, so who knows? It's gonna be interesting though.

They should look at Jim McElwain, if it isn't given to Mullen.

I'd like him to get some experience at a major program before he takes over for Saban

He's been solid at Col. St. Took back to back 3-9 teams and has gotten better each yr for three years.. 9-1 this season.

I think that Foley will actually send feelers out and try to bring Chip Kelly to Florida. That would be a home run hire for them. I have heard that Kelly might want to return to the college game. If Kelly wasn't a possibility I would load the bank up for Patterson.

Just saw Andy Staples tweet. It was coming. I thought they'd wait until the end of the season though.

Yea, SEMO most SEC teams don't care enough about a '6 win bowl' to retain their to-be-fired HC for that game. This is what it's like to live in a world where 6 win bowls are to be laughed at, not admired, as Mizzou fans we're still learning this adjustment, but we'll get there!
