My sheep are all hot and bothered just thinking about Muschamp as DC

this. and I support him. I damn sure don't want muschamp as a DC at A&M

FWIW well throw top 5 head coach money at him to be our coordinator. Just cause we can

Boom, even when canned at UF is still a very in demand HC commodity, although he'll need to leave the SEC to be one.
I'd say he's still a very marketable Power 5 HC prospect.
Just because, he, Coach O, Chiz,etc..were let go, doesn't mean all their career stop knowledge, smarts, and savvy just dissipated. These guys are still strong HCs(maybe not in the SEC?), Coordinators, and Position guys.

Hiring chiz as our D coordinator would be worth it just for this places reaction

Hopefully, he or Orgeron,etc..will not take it. They are still solid HC prospects, just that the SEC proved too tough a place to get their sea legs in this regard.

I'm just excited we will be active participants on the coaching changes board this year

He's coming to Bama with Saban
Posted on 10/19/14 at 9:26 pm to BamaScoop
We may hire Saban as our Defensive Coordinator. What do you think of that?

Boom has already been wet nursed by CNS twice(at LSU and Miami), he can't go back to Saban again, it will look poorly upon Boom in terms of autonomous competency.
Even if Kirby graduates, and Boom has nice warm Tide DC slot awaiting with Nicky to do his homework for him.
It's a career demotion at this juncture.

I'd take RC back as DC.

Slocum was a god as the DC. He sucked as a head coach, but he was the architect of the wrecking crew.

AsUpdyke would say "He's got too much Louisiana in him"..
Slocum, John David Crow, Bucky Richardson, Wally Hartley,etc..ATM has to come get their toughness from La.

RC is the original killer DC who sucked as HC. He did that years before Chiz or Muschamp.

Interesting. Going from a train wreck of his own creation to another train wreck created by Bernie Mac.
