A&M would have to throw head coach money at him for that to happen or Sumlin would have to take a pay cut.

Here's an interesting tidbit.

Will Muschamp's Defensive Line coach at Auburn: Terry Price

A&M's Defensive Line coach: Terry Price

If somehow A&M gets Muschamp as Defensive Coordinator, the staff will likely look like this:

Will Muschamp (DC and Linebackers)
Terry Price (Defensive Line)
Travaris Robinson (Defensive Backs)

Personally, I would go after Durkin as D.C.
