Coach Muschamp, just like the coach at his alma mater..... has lost control.

A lot of old school belief in a strong defense, but you still have to move the ball when you're on offense.

Um, nope.

Most Gators long for high powered offenses. Most have never seen the plodding style Will wanted to run the first 3 years.

That's over with the new OC though. It's way more exciting to watch. We'll see if it's effective though. It would be tough to be worse.

This year will show, barring key injuries again, if BOOM is a good HC or not.

I disagree. This year will show whether or not he has figured out how to hire a competent OC. It won't tell us much about his skill as a HC IMO.

True. FL actually has a good defense.

Excellent. Carry on mission as planned BlueLeader. Red 1 over and out.

At this point we are past the shock and awe part of our campaign and we are moving on to the occupation phase quicker than anticipated.

Hope Will is ready for it. Man's a saint.

Every sucky SEC team over the last few years (2012 Auburn and 2013 Florida, for example) have failed because they didn't have an offensive identity.

The problem is, my reptillian friend, that Muschamp has never lost control.

Does anyone really expect this guy to be the cool voice of reason and the icon of hope, at a program as prestigious as Florida's.

He and Saban will likely die from a massive MI or cerebral aneurysm on the side line from a botched play...thier reactions are classic.

This quote from Muschamp must give gator fans all sorts of confidence - when talking about the team's attitude this year, coach 'champ said, "That's changed automatically without having to do anything."

Dude has earned his statue outside Sanford Stadium. Truly.

2008 Tennessee: 3rd in the nation in total defense. 115th on total offense. 2008 season ultimately got Fulmer fired.

Sounds like Nutt's final 2 years.

The night before the 2011 LSU game we had players smokin bud in the team hotel.

Wow. That is awful. I heard similar things about 2010 Georgia but not even to that degree and I still wanted Richt's head on a platter.

Not the night before a game. I know that as a fact. (Few exceptions of course) but most guys actually give a shite about the game.

The GSU player face down on the two yard line in that pic cracks me up as much as the two Gators dancing.

Wonder how much more fail happened on that play?

Honestly at this point its better to lose 6 than win 8-- the worst fear is Florida losing a decade with a slightly improved Muschamp acting as our Mark Richt.

192 days til the nightmare ends.

For everything people blame on Meyer, people should remember that other than VH3 and Taylor essentially every single impact player at Florida over Muschamp's tenure has been a Meyer recruit-- seriously Will Muschamp recruits have caught a total of 1 TD-- ever for the Gators.

Recruits signed by me, a poster on SEC Rant have caught one less TD than Boom's guys have for the Gators.

As soon as he said he wanted to install a "Blue Collar" between the tackles Pro Style approach-- like a more conservative version of Bama or LSU-- I knew he was going to be a massive, massive bust-- you don't change a culture of a program unless you have a track record for success.

You think Bama would be cool with an Offensive Coordinator succeeding Saban and turning the school into an Air Raid team that ran the ball 10 times a game? Boom is RichRod at Michigan without any of the past success to point to in an attempt to calm fans down.
