You're not very smart are you? He had Relf for 2 years and Russell for 2. Russell didn't fit the system the Mullen ran but by the time he came into the program the recruiting cycle was almost done. Then Dak started for the better part of 3 years and now Fitz. 2+2+3+1=8 in case you needed help with that math.

Who signed Russell? That was Dan Mullens recruit. Make any excuse you want. 8 years and one good QB makes QBU is a joke. Fitz needs a lot of work on his passing to be considered a top end QB.

The kid has deceptive speed. Those long strides take up a lot of yards. MSU is starting to look like a tough team to beat.

8 years and one good QB

Damn, gotta be top 3 in career yardage in the SEC and possible ROY in the NFL to equal "good QB"

Anything less is no good

As I said, by the time Mullen came into the program the current recruiting cycle was almost over and Russell was already committed. Not someone he recruited and never fit his system. Can you not read either?

Oh no Dak is great just saying that threshold to meet. But I guess you have to focus on that because your scared to answer the question.

What question?

I thought Tyler Russell was a good college QB. More remarkably, I thought Chris Relf was a serviceable college QB. I think Fitz is a good college QB. Not all conference, but good. Most importantly, he's young and getting better.

I fairness, I pulled for Mike Henig so the bar for "good" may have been lowered

Pretty sure the answer to your question is more than ole miss. In fact our 1 NFL starting Qb is more than the total number of high school Qbs you've developed into college starters in the same time.

My original question was how many NFL QBs State with Mullen? Because how can 1 NFL QB make a school QBU? Is Dan a good developer yeah but 8 years and 1 stud QB you is not a elite QB program.

With Fitzgerald, Tiano, and Keytaon coming in, MSU can get the most out of the offense. It's what Mullen does exceptionally well.

Yes and that is why no Ole Miss fans try's the brag they are QBU. But for some reason with 1 NFL QB in 8 years State fans think they are.

Well according to tRant, our freshman is doomed to forever suck as a passer because he sometimes struggles with accuracy so your sophomore has no chance at all to ever improve.

Tell me about it, Rant wanted to make Dak a TE after his Sophomore season.

^^Fan of QBU^^ Who was the last OM QB to be recruited to oxford out of high school? Robert Lane? Eli?

Tampa thinks I was referring to State as QBU.

No confusion here but Tampa is having trouble detecting tongue-in-cheek posts.
